I fell into body therapy after discovering EMMETT Technique.

A gentle, pin point, non invasive muscle release therapy. Targeting your neuromuscular system.

In a previous life I managed a cinema. I have always been drawn to customer service and serving others.
I am extremely passionate about connection and reconnecting to our inner self.

Utilising a different approach to body therapy we, as a team find the reconnection of your nervous system. A gentle approach does not mean ineffective.

When struggling with disconnection, we step in to be a cheerleader for you, until you can be your own.
