Every Thursday evening at 5:30pm a Hatha Yoga class is now being taught by Ellie.

I noticed that many people held themselves back due to embarrassment, uncertainty, or a lack of confidence in their ability.
My classes are designed to break down those barriers. They’re a space where you can move at your own pace, explore your body’s capabilities, and grow your confidence — all in a calm, supportive, and completely judgement-free environment.” - Ellie
